Deer Run (King Room w/ Ensuite) - $125/night
Birchview (Queen Room) - $105/night
Hillside (Double Room) - $95/night

Booking and other policies:

- VISA / Mastercard accepted
- deposit required on all bookings (secured by credit card or personal cheque, equivalent to 1 night stay or 50% of multiple night stays)
- Cancellations are subject to full charge if less than 48 hours notice is given on single night stays and 50% charge on multiple night stays. This policy is consistent with the Muskoka Bed and Breakfast Association Policy
- Check in time: 2pm - 7pm
- Check out by 11am
- No pets
- No indoor smoking
- Birch Hill Bed and Breakfast is a member of the Muskoka Bed and Breakfast Association (MBBA)
